These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of allsmiles-familydental.com (the "Website") and our text messaging program, operated by All Smiles Family Dental, DRS BHADANI AND DURSHANAPALLI PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. Use of the Website

If you consent to receive SMS from All Smiles Family Dental, you agree to receive appointment reminders and scheduling, follow-up care, billing updates, and marketing SMS from us. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; Reply HELP for help; Msg&Data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary. You can opt in to text messages in several ways, such as entering your phone number on a form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or any other service from us.

• Stop: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and will receive no further texts. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from us; we are not liable for those charges. Questions about your text or data plan go to your wireless provider.

Appointment requests made online are not confirmed until our office confirms them. Advertised specials apply only as described, may be limited to patients without insurance, and may change or end without notice. Patients are responsible for fees not covered by insurance.

The Website links to third-party services, including our online booking, patient registration, patient portal, and online payment providers and social media pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
